Then FIND A NEWS STORY Off of NJ.com or NBC, CBS, ABC, FOX or any other major news network's website writing down what VISUALS you would film if you were to broadcast that news story.
Objective: SWBAT comprehend the various styles of writing a script and learn how to write a 2 column script for broadcast.
Activity: (part 1)-Open the 2 powerpoints below and analyze how what needs to be included in a script (narrative/film style). Then watch this screenr.com screencast on how to create a 2-column script (broadcast style) in word.
